01. General Information

Q. What exactly is Torzon Market?

Torzon Market is a next-generation decentralized marketplace operating on the Tor network. It is designed to facilitate the secure exchange of digital and physical goods using cryptocurrency. Unlike legacy markets, Torzon Market utilizes an advanced escrow system and strict vendor vetting to ensure a high trust environment.

The platform focuses on user anonymity, featuring a JavaScript-free interface, automatic PGP encryption, and support for Monero (XMR) to protect buyer identities from blockchain analysis.

Q. Is Torzon Market legit or a scam?

Torzon Market has established itself as a legitimate platform with a proven track record of uptime and dispute resolution. However, the darknet is full of phishing sites.

Most reports of "scams" are actually users landing on a fake phishing URL that looks identical to the real site. If you use a verified PGP-signed Torzon link from a trusted source (like this monitor), the market itself is secure. Always verify the PGP signature on the login page to confirm authenticity.

02. Access & Connectivity

Q. Why is the Torzon link not loading?

The Tor network frequently suffers from congestion or DDoS attacks. If the main Torzon url is down, it does not necessarily mean the market has been seized (exit scam). It usually means the frontend load balancer is overwhelmed.

Solution: Try a different mirror from our Mirrors Page. Also, try requesting a "New Tor Circuit for this Site" (Ctrl+Shift+L) in your browser. Ensure your Tor Browser is updated to the latest version.

Q. I am stuck in a Captcha loop. What do I do?

The Torzon Market captcha system is designed to defeat sophisticated DDoS bots. If you keep solving it correctly but the page reloads, your "Clock Skew" might be the issue.

Ensure your computer's system time is perfectly synced with the atomic clock. Tor requires precise time to synchronize circuits. Also, never enable JavaScript to solve a captcha; the Torzon login captcha works entirely without scripts.

03. Account & Security

Q. I lost my PIN code. Can I reset it?

NO. For security reasons, Torzon Market administrators cannot reset PIN codes. The PIN is stored as a hash, meaning even the admins cannot see it.

If you lose your PIN, you cannot withdraw funds or finalize orders. The only way to recover an account is via the "Mnemonic Seed" provided during registration. If you lost both your PIN and your Mnemonic, your account and funds are permanently lost. This policy prevents social engineering attacks against support staff.

Q. How do I enable 2FA on Torzon?

Go to your account settings and locate the "PGP Key" section. Paste your public key there. Once saved, enable the "2FA Login" checkbox. The next time you access the Torzon login screen, you will be presented with an encrypted PGP message.

Decrypt this message with your private key to reveal the one-time access code. This is the single most effective defense against phishing.

04. Deposits & Crypto

Q. Why hasn't my deposit arrived yet?

Torzon Market requires a specific number of blockchain confirmations before crediting funds to your wallet. For Bitcoin, this is usually 2 confirmations (~20-30 minutes). For Monero, it is 10 confirmations (~20 minutes).

If it has been over 2 hours, check a blockchain explorer. If the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain but not on the market, open a support ticket. Note: Phishing sites often display a fake deposit address; if you sent coins to a phishing site, the real Torzon Market support cannot help you.

Q. Should I use Bitcoin (BTC) or Monero (XMR)?

We strongly recommend Monero (XMR). Bitcoin transactions are public and traceable. Law enforcement uses chain analysis software to track Bitcoin from exchanges like Coinbase directly to darknet market wallets.

Monero obfuscates the sender, receiver, and amount. Using XMR on Torzon Market provides a mathematical guarantee of financial privacy that Bitcoin cannot offer without complex mixing services.

05. Orders & Escrow

Q. What is FE (Finalize Early)?

"Finalize Early" (FE) means you release the funds to the vendor before you receive the product. This bypasses the escrow protection.

On Torzon Market, only highly trusted vendors with thousands of positive reviews are granted FE privileges. Never FE for a new vendor, no matter what excuse they give. If you FE and the vendor scams you, the market moderators cannot recover your money.

Q. How does the Dispute system work?

If your order does not arrive within the specified timeframe, do not click "Finalize". Instead, click the "Dispute" button. This freezes the funds in the Torzon Market escrow wallet.

A moderator will join the chat. You will need to provide evidence (or lack thereof). The moderator will review the vendor's shipping history and your buyer statistics to make a fair judgment. If the vendor cannot prove shipment, the funds are refunded to your wallet.
